Dear Educational Partners,

There is still time to share your voice with the California State Board of Education as it works to develop a Portrait of a Graduate/Learner, a shared vision for what all students need to thrive in school, career, and life.

The State Board is seeking input from educators, students, families, and community members across California. The Portrait will not create new requirements for local school districts; rather, it will serve as a guiding framework to inform the Board’s future decision-making.

The survey takes just 2 minutes to complete, and every perspective helps ensure this vision reflects the diverse experiences of California’s communities.

Share your voice (2 minutes)

Please help us spread the word! You can forward this email or download and share the flyer with educators, students, families, and community members who may want to provide feedback. The more perspectives we gather, the stronger and more representative this vision will be.

The survey is available in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese (Simplified), Arabic, and Filipino). To change the language, click the dropdown menu labeled “ENGLISH” in the upper-right corner of the survey page (see screenshot below).

Warm regards,
California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE)
